Terms of Service
Effective 2026-11-03 · Sekreto (https://sekreto.tooly.fyi) is operated by itpro360 LLC (“we”, “us”).
By using Sekreto you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Sekreto.
1. What Sekreto is
Sekreto lets you share text through a link that expires. Secrets are encrypted in your browser before they reach us, and the key stays in the link. Anyone can use Sekreto without an account. Optional accounts (Tooly sign-in, or a Sekreto email account) list your secrets and their statistics on any device.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 16 years old and able to agree to these terms. If you use Sekreto for an organization, you agree to these terms on its behalf.
3. Links, PINs and manage links
- Anyone who has a secret’s full link (and its Read PIN, if one is set) can read it. Anyone with its Write PIN can change it.
- Each secret has a private manage link that lets whoever holds it see the secret’s activity, edit it, change its settings or delete it. Treat it like a password.
- You’re responsible for who you share links, PINs and manage links with. We can’t take back a link once it’s shared, but you can delete the secret or make a new link from its manage page.
- When someone opens your secret, you can see when, the approximate country and the device type. If you open a secret someone sent you, they can see the same about you (never your IP address).
4. Accounts
- Tooly accounts (preferred) are by invitation and require one of Sekreto’s groups in Tooly SSO (sekreto-users or sekreto-admins). Your Tooly account (password, authenticator, email) is governed by Tooly SSO’s own terms. A secret’s key stays on the device that created it and in its manage link; your account shows every secret’s statistics on any device.
- Sekreto email accounts use your email, a password and a required authenticator app. Give a real email address you control; one account per person. Your password encrypts your list of secrets, so we cannot recover it: your recovery code (with your authenticator or a backup code) is the way back in with your saved keys. An administrator can give you a temporary password, but the list of keys locked with your old password is then cleared. Accounts are never merged automatically; you can connect your email account to Tooly from its settings, disconnect it, or remove your password and use Tooly only.
- Administrators are people in Sekreto’s admin group or the owners’ apps-admin group in Tooly SSO, people Tooly marks as administrators, people made administrator in Sekreto, and one emergency (“break-glass”) account kept for when Tooly sign-in is unavailable.
- Keep your password, recovery code, authenticator and Tooly account private. You’re responsible for activity in your account. If you lose every key to a secret (devices, manage links, password and recovery code), nobody, including us, can recover its contents.
- We may limit how many secrets an account can hold.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t use Sekreto to:
- break any law, or help someone else do so;
- share malware, phishing links, or content that exploits or harms children;
- harass, threaten, stalk or track people, or collect information about recipients without their knowledge for unlawful purposes;
- share content you don’t have the right to share, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
- attack, probe, overload or get around the limits and security of the service, or access accounts or secrets that aren’t yours.
We can’t see secret contents, but we may act on reports and on what we can see (such as abuse patterns), including deleting secrets, blocking accounts and blocking access.
6. Your content and sharing
You keep ownership of what you put in Sekreto. You give us only the permission we need to store and deliver it as the service works. You’re responsible for your content and for having the right to share it.
7. Links to other sites
Secrets may contain links to other sites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
8. Expiry, suspension and deletion
Secrets are deleted when they expire. You can delete your secrets and your Sekreto data at any time. We may delete secrets, block accounts, or suspend access that breaks these terms, or end the service, and we’ll give notice where we reasonably can. Sekreto isn’t a backup service: keep your own copy of anything you can’t afford to lose.
9. No warranty
Sekreto is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or that it will be error-free or secure, to the fullest extent the law allows.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, itpro360 LLC isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, secrets, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of Sekreto, including secrets disclosed because a link, PIN, manage link or account was shared or lost. Our total liability for any claim is limited to US $50. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
11. Indemnity
If you use Sekreto in a way that breaks these terms or the law and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where itpro360 LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you’re a consumer, you keep any protections the law where you live gives you. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem informally.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top and note it in the changelog, and for significant changes we’ll show a notice on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use Sekreto after that means you accept the new terms.
